7. Plant and Landscape Maintenance
The health and appearance of plants and lawns depend on several factors, including weather, watering, soil conditions, pests, diseases, sunlight, drainage, and client/site conditions.
Khyber Plants will provide maintenance services according to the agreed scope of work.
We cannot guarantee the survival or growth of every plant where factors outside our reasonable control affect plant health.
8. Irrigation and Watering
Where irrigation systems are included in a project, they will be designed and installed according to the agreed scope.
The client is responsible for providing an appropriate water supply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Water availability, pressure, electricity, weather, and site conditions may affect irrigation performance.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and project requirements.
Clients may also be required to provide reasonable access to the site, water and electricity where necessary, and approvals or permissions that are their responsibility.
